History

The company Reppe Immobilien GmbH was founded in 1998 by managing partner Frank Reppe in Dresden (Saxony). From 1992 to 1998, Frank Reppe had already been operating under the name of "Reppe Immobilien GmbH - office for estates" in the district Weißer Hirsch, and quickly established a reputation as competent and reliable real estate agent for existing properties. In Dresden, Leipzig and Berlin, a large number of properties and plots were sold to property developers as well as to institutional and private investors. Likewise, difficult restoration procedures were solved in cooperation with law firms.

The own construction activity of the company began with the renovation of landmarked multi-family houses in 1996. Particularly interesting and highly complex proved to be the restoration of the landmarked "Villa Weigang" from 1998 to 2002 in Bautzen, the today’s head office of the Reppe Immobilien GmbH.

Due to significant changes in the market conditions in 2003, the company has also been concentrating on the segment of selling distressed properties ever since. The long-term experience in real estate sales as well as the knowledge gained from own construction projects, are the foundation, on which the cooperation with banks is based on to perform efficient sales of distressed properties. Today, the growing team of the Reppe Immobilien GmbH is successfully processing such properties in Saxony, Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.

Since 2015, the Reppe Immobilien GmbH has additionally been operating as real estate cooperation partner for the Volksbank Dresden-Bautzen eG. The focus in this connections lies on the targeted real estate brokerage for the bank as well as for the bank’s clients.
